hi, i implemented your code in my project but it did not save the xml file in the desired path. in my project i generate a xml file and need to save it in a folder so that my other code can use it from there. please suggest. i m using flex with ruby on rails
Hi uttara,
You need to use ruby on rails code to write files to the server. I can not help you with ruby on rails, i am not ruby on rails developer. I am sure you can find some code on net.
Good luck

Hi Tonyrock,
I think you need to change folder permission to ‘w’(write). I explained it in details on Adobe forum. Link here: Using Flex to save xml file to the server
I hope it works
